Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused cable ties or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping box.
Ship the Return
Send your package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
